Here’s an update on one of our followers recent experience with SportNation…
In our earlier post (below), we told how SportNation are actively scamming customers by informing them on in correct figures when withdrawing money. For example, you have £4.33 bonus remaining… when withdrawing money for the first time you’ll need to give up that £4.33 bonus as part of terms and conditions on the sign up bonus. Fair enough.
However, when withdrawing the pop up details that claim you will only lose £4.33 are wrong. Instead you will give up the entire £100 bonus you received when joining.
Then, if you make a complaint or enquire about the mistake, Richard from customer services will make no attempt to resolve the situation.
HOWEVER, having been in touch with SportNation they promissed to investigate the pop up information. They asked if our follower could wait 48 hours until this is resolved. OK, so sounds like they’re making an attempt to resolve the situation.
NOPE! 4 days later and we’ve not heard anything back from Richard!
PLEASE AVOID SportNation.bet
So we were contacted this morning by one of our followers. Having been conned out of £100 they explained what had happened, having been unsure how true the alegations were they sent us screen shots proving the experience was real…
THIS IS SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR FROM A SO CALLED REPUTABLE BOOKMAKER
YES WE’LL BE CONTACTING THE GAMBLING COMMISSION WITH OUR EVIDENCE!
SO what happened?
Having been lured in with a very attractive sign up offer. They depsoited £200 and had £300 to play with. After some successful betting they ended up on £960.
Next they made a withdrawl for £600…
“YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BONUS” they claimed..
Now this is where they scam you! Upon withdrawing the money they said “you will lose your £4.33 bonus. Yes, there was only £4.33 remaining on the sports bonus fund. AND it detailed the amount they would lose by withdrawing money. The amount detailed was £4.33 NOT £100!
Once the withdrawal was completed they removed £100 from our followers account. They contacted SportNation as obviously there must have been some mistake!
Richard and his great customer service team could not give a shit and have not replied to any further emails having been informed that actually, they were not asked to give up £100… only £4.33.
